About the Job

Fusion Practices is hiring a Content Writer for Tender Responses (HR & Finance Systems).

Eligibility

1. Proven experience in content writing, particularly for bid responses related to Oracle HR and finance systems
2. Strong understanding of Oracle HR and finance systems, including software solutions, industry best practices, and compliance requirements
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
4. Attention to detail, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
5. Expert in MS Office
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new requirements or changes
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work Profile

The Content Writer will be responsible for:

1. Developing and writing high-quality bid responses that address client needs and showcase expertise in HR and finance systems
2. Translating complex HR and finance system functionalities into clear, engaging content that aligns with client specifications
3. Conducting thorough research on potential clients and tender requirements to ensure tailored and relevant responses
4. Collaborating with sales, HR, finance, and technical teams to gather information and ensure bid responses are accurate and comprehensive
5. Ensuring all bid documents and presales materials are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements, including proofreading, formatting, and checking for consistency
6. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting submission deadlines
