About the Job

iQuanti is hiring a Lead Content Writer for its content team.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in an agency, media, or in-house marketing communications role
• Prior experience in writing content for the banking, fintech, and insurance sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Work Profile

Key responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Senior Manager – SEO
• Conceptualising and executing compelling SEO-driven content strategies
• Creating content that is clear, concise, relevant, and tailored for multiple digital audiences
• Aligning content with campaign goals to maximise business impact
• Adapting tone and voice based on platform and audience
• Reviewing content for structure, clarity, grammar, and SEO effectiveness
• Managing content creation and curation independently
• Using CMS tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Omniture
• Collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders

Essential skills:

• Strong copy-editing and writing abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and business software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with CMS and analytics tools
• Excellent relationship management and team collaboration
• Creativity and an entrepreneurial approach to content marketing
