About the Job
LatestLY is hiring a Sub Editor/Senior Content Writer (News/Viral) – English.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital news content creation.
- Expertise in SEO writing and covering national and international current affairs and trends.
- Experience in content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
- Strong ability to manage content schedules and ensure timely updates.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Preferred qualification: B.A or M.A in Journalism or Mass Communication.
Work Profile
- Produce high-quality news content on national and international current affairs, trends, and viral topics.
- Ensure SEO optimisation of content to improve reach and engagement.
- Manage content scheduling and ensure timely publication of breaking news and featured stories.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to maintain content quality and relevance.
- Work with CMS/WordPress to upload and manage content.
