About the Job

Monolith IMC is hiring multiple Content Writers to join its growing content team in Kochi.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in content writing
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, or Creative Writing (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proficiency in English; ability to write in Malayalam is an advantage
• Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing content

Work Profile

• Create compelling and brand-consistent content for social media, blogs, websites, video scripts, and print
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and client service teams
• Contribute fresh ideas to campaign planning and creative brainstorming
• Assist team members during tight deadlines and mentor junior writers
• Stay updated with content trends and incorporate insights into storytelling
• Align brand messaging with audience needs through strategic thinking
