About the Job

Multia is inviting applications for the position of Content Writer.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Instructional Design, Communications, or Mass Communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferred: Experience in teaching, computer training, or IT education
• Strong command of English communication (reading and writing)
• Ability to take ownership of content and deliver high-quality, error-free work
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, animators, and clients
• Receptive to feedback and capable of adapting based on suggestions
• Demonstrated passion for writing and learning
• Portfolio or writing samples preferred

Work Profile

• Create compelling written content and scripts for microlearning projects
• Restructure, rewrite, and edit content as required
• Develop assessments aligned with learning objectives
• Understand the target audience and tailor content accordingly
• Adhere to writing guidelines and deliver polished content
• Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally with clients
• Work on various writing styles and content genres across multiple verticals
