- Maintain reference databases and ensure accuracy of technical information.
- Research, write, and edit content for various technical documents and platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
- Create visuals such as diagrams and infographics to enhance content understanding.
- Revise documents as new issues or updates arise.
