Eligibility

1. 1-2 years of experience in content writing for websites, blogs, and social media.
2. Prior experience in the B2B space is a plus, but not mandatory.
3. Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Work Profile

Job Summary:

The role involves creating engaging content and social media management. The ideal candidate should have strong content writing skills, an understanding of keywords and SEO, and a knack for social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
2. Social Media Management: Develop content for engaging posts and reels while collaborating with the Social Media Manager across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
3. Keyword Research: Apply basic SEO principles, including keyword research, to optimise content for search engines.
4. Community Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages to build brand presence.
5. Reporting: Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and website traffic from social media posts.
6. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and suggest creative strategies to improve digital presence.
