Scalable Systems is hiring a Content Writer.

Eligibility

• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in technical content writing
• Strong background in creating software documentation such as manuals and user guides
• Experience in content creation across formats: blogs, articles, website copy, social media posts, white papers, and case studies
• Ability to collaborate on content strategies and contribute creative ideas
• Prior experience in writing for technology, US healthcare, hospitality, or fintech sectors preferred
• Knowledge of AI tools is considered a plus

Work Profile

• Focus on technical, industry-specific writing, with preference given to candidates experienced in healthcare, fintech, and hospitality domains
• Develop and maintain user manuals and software documentation
• Create high-quality content tailored to different platforms and target audiences
• Work with the team to align content with organisational goals
• Manage and update a content calendar, repurposing content when needed
