About the Job

Supersourcing is hiring an SEO-Focused Content and Copywriter.

Eligibility

1. 2-7 years of proven experience in writing SEO-optimised content, preferably in the tech or hiring/recruitment space.
2. Strong understanding of development technologies like Python, Angular, and Node.js.
3. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Keyword Planner.

Work Profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword-Driven Content Creation: Write high-quality, optimised content to rank for specific skill-focused keywords.
2. Full Funnel Content Strategy: Develop content for both educational blogs and lead conversion materials to engage clients at various stages.
3. Research-Based Writing: Conduct thorough research on target keywords, industry trends, and the hiring market.
4. SEO Optimisation: Use SEO tools to identify relevant keywords and optimise on-page elements.
5. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align content with company objectives.
6. Performance Tracking and Improvement: Monitor published content performance and make updates to improve rankings and organic traffic.
