Teamware Solutions is hiring a Content Writer

Eligibility

• 5+ years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy (applications, web, ecommerce, etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Proficient with editing copy in design software like Figma
• Portfolio of writing and content samples
• North American English fluency
• BA/BS degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other literary/communication subjects

Work Profile

• Write and edit UX copy with clarity and brand flair
• Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content
• Understand and use content models, content types, style guides, and brand voice effectively
• Use customer data to guide content direction and improvements
• Identify opportunities for content enhancements and pitch ideas to the team and stakeholders
