About the Job

Unicommerce is hiring a B2B Creative Content Writer to join its marketing team.

Eligibility

1. Proven work experience of 3-4 years as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role within eCommerce, Logistics, Retail-Tech, or B2B SaaS Product Organisations.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Expertise in creating funnel-focused content marketing material.
4. Excellent research skills to understand audience needs.
5. Ability to manage time effectively and collaborate with teams.
6. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of projects.

Work Profile

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing all product-based collateral and literature to drive content marketing efforts (e.g., presentations, case studies, brochures, landing pages, blogs, social media, email templates, and newsletters).
2. Creating, proofreading, and editing blog posts before publication.
3. Collaborating with internal teams—product marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, and design—to create targeted content.
4. Coordinating with marketing and design teams to incorporate visuals in articles.
5. Researching and writing high-quality content for marketing campaigns.
6. Tracking and analysing web traffic metrics.
7. Writing concise and engaging copy that drives action from the audience.
8. Maintaining consistency across content, including style, tone, and visuals.
9. Creating and editing video scripts, YouTube descriptions, and Quora answers.
10. Building relationships with industry experts and influencers to drive content engagement.
