Eligibility

Applicants should have the required years of relevant experience for each role:

• Senior Strategist: Minimum 5 years
• Talent Management & Execution: Minimum 3 years
• Content Writer: Minimum 2 years

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential. A deep understanding of influencer categories and experience in campaign execution, client servicing, and vendor management is expected.

Work Profile

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing client communications and ensuring alignment of goals
• Overseeing campaign execution, closure, and reporting
• Budgeting, planning, and market forecasting
• Leading brainstorming sessions and forecasting trends
• Handling strategy, account management, and execution
• Building relationships with influencers, celebrities, agencies, and clients
• Negotiating and managing multiple projects
• Onboarding influencers and maintaining vendor relationships
