Eligibility

• Proven experience in content writing and social media management, preferably within the e-commerce sector
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions

Work Profile

Content Creation & Management

• Create engaging, SEO-optimised content for product descriptions, blogs, newsletters, and website pages
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to ensure content relevance and accuracy
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce informative and visually appealing content
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all content channels

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Plan and implement social media strategies in line with marketing objectives
• Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages promptly
• Monitor trends and adjust strategies to maximise engagement and reach

Analytics & Optimisation

• Track and analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
• Prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on data and audience behaviour
