• Strong communication skills.
• Graduate in Communication, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed university.

Work Profile

• Management and Growth: Oversee and grow the brand’s Instagram presence by developing engaging content and strategies tailored to increase followers and engagement. Implement growth tactics like hashtag strategies, collaborations, and Instagram ads.
• Content Strategy and Creation: Schedule and publish high-quality posts, reels, and graphics for Instagram that align with the brand’s identity. Use features like stories, reels, and posts to create diverse and engaging content.
• Community Engagement: Manage and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on Instagram. Actively engage with followers, respond to DMs, and participate in relevant conversations. Monitor and engage with Instagram trends.
• Analytics and Insights: Monitor, analyse, and report on Instagram performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement, and content reach. Identify data-driven opportunities to optimise campaigns and content. Use Instagram Insights to track key performance indicators.
• Innovation and Trendspotting: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms. Propose and implement creative ideas to enhance engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness. Explore innovative Instagram features such as Reels, Stories, and IGTV.
