HT Manpower is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2–4 years (Intermediate Level, Senior Level, or Freelancer)
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, social media platforms, and SEO best practices
• Strong communication skills and creative flair
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools (preferred)
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities

Work Profile

• Manage B2C social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
• Generate leads through social media platforms and optimise ad campaigns for maximum ROI
• Plan and monitor social media presence and engage with clients via WhatsApp, email, and other channels
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and online newsletters
• Conduct A/B testing, analyse ad performance, and enhance targeting strategies
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experiences
• Bid on freelancing platforms to secure projects
