About the Job

SEMCO Infratech is hiring a Head – Digital Marketing Executive to lead its digital marketing efforts.

Eligibility

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce
2. Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
3. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
4. Proficiency in using social media management tools and Google Analytics
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimisation

Work Profile

1. Manage and optimise content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
3. Regularly post creative and relevant content to drive traffic and boost interaction
4. Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping Ads)
5. Conduct keyword research, optimise ads, and A/B test to improve performance
6. Monitor ad performance and provide recommendations for better ROI
7. Set up, manage, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns
8. Improve lead generation and conversion rates through targeted ad strategies
9. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
10. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are adhered to
