About the Job

iMerit Technology is hiring a Freelance Content Writer on a contractual basis (4–6 weeks).

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing (freshers can also apply)
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent
• Strong command of English (grammar, vocabulary, tone; B2+/C1 preferred)
• Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter
• Ability to conduct thorough research on diverse topics
• Familiarity with SEO and content optimisation is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Work Profile

• Research and write clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly content
• Adapt writing style to different formats such as blogs, website content, social media, and product descriptions
• Ensure content is grammatically correct, well-structured, and plagiarism-free
• Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements
