ASPIRE2ACHIEVE LLP is hiring a Freelance Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates with a passion for social media and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and YouTube or a willingness to learn.
• Creative mindset with good content ideation skills.
• Basic graphic/video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Profile

• Plan and post one engaging post daily on two Instagram accounts and one YouTube channel.
• Brainstorm and develop unique, trending content ideas.
• Create and optimise engaging Reels and Shorts.
• Write compelling captions and research effective hashtags.
• Engage with the community by responding to DMs and comments.
• Implement growth strategies to increase followers and engagement.
• Track performance analytics and suggest improvements.
• Edit videos and images for posts as needed.
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral content.
