About the Job

TnF Consultants is hiring a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and social media management
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and CorelDRAW
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, and scheduling platforms
• A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing design capabilities
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, layout, and typography
• Bonus: Knowledge of basic video editing or motion graphics is advantageous

Work Profile

Graphic Design

• Design social media creatives including static posts, reels covers, stories, and advertisements
• Create brand collateral like brochures, digital banners, emailers, decks, and presentations
• Develop and maintain visual identity systems including logos, moodboards, and brand guidelines
• Support art direction for shoots and basic editing of photos and videos

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for various brands
• Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Stay updated with digital trends and contribute fresh content ideas
• Monitor analytics and prepare monthly insights reports
• Engage with audiences and grow brand communities online
