About the Job
India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS) is hiring a Graphic Designer.
Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a nonprofit or marketing/advertising agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and styles.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to translate communications objectives into compelling visual designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Work Profile
The Graphic Designer will:
- Design and produce a variety of communications and marketing materials across digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with ILSS’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay updated on sectoral trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and effectiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with team members including copywriters, photographers, and web developers.
Salary
Compensation will be at par with Indian philanthropy pay scales, based on the candidate’s experience.
