About the Job

Shiftzzy is hiring a Graphic Design & Social Media Executive.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar editing/design applications
• Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling
• Passion for social media and understanding of Gen-Z trends
• Experience in creating reels or managing social media pages (even meme pages count)
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and create engaging content

Work Profile

• Design on-brand posts, carousels, stories, memes, and other social media content
• Edit reels using raw footage or sourced clips/music
• Collaborate on creative content ideas, trends, and campaigns
• Execute campaigns across platforms while maintaining visual consistency
• Build engaging content that resonates with a Gen-Z audience

Mode

Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in South Delhi office)
