Work Profile

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing briefs, approvals, and follow-ups
• Assist in campaign reporting and performance analysis
• Conduct trend and industry research to support strategic initiatives
• Monitor social media and provide support as needed
• Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) to maintain brand engagement
