About the Job
Hooqx is hiring a Junior Content Writer to join the team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong command of the English language with excellent writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow
Work Profile
- Write clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content tailored to target audiences
- Create blog posts, articles, social media updates, and marketing copy
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to produce informative content
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in content marketing and SEO
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop cohesive and visually appealing content
- Edit and proofread content for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Optimise content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings
