About the Job

GraynWhite is hiring a Medical Writer Coordinator.

Eligibility

1. Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years in medical writing or project coordination.
2. Qualifications: Pharm D or a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Prior experience in a healthcare or medical writing role is preferred.

Work Profile

The Medical Writer Coordinator will be responsible for:

1. Understanding client requirements and facilitating clear communication within the team.
2. Providing detailed briefs and reviewing content to ensure alignment with medical information and brand guidelines.
3. Obtaining client approval for content drafts, incorporating revisions, and seeking feedback on branding aspects.
4. Proofreading finalized content and maintaining a comprehensive project tracker.
5. Preparing detailed monthly progress reports.
6. Writing compelling medical content such as brochures, profiles, and flyers.
7. Effectively organizing and managing client meetings.
