About the Job

M&C Saatchi Performance is hiring a Search & Social Manager.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-4 years of experience managing Paid Social & Search campaigns (Facebook, Google Search, Twitter Ads, etc.)
• 2 years of experience in client servicing and relationship management (agency experience preferred)
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Profile

The Search & Social Manager will lead and manage campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search, etc.), ensuring results align with client objectives and KPIs. The role involves planning and proposing media channels, managing client communications, building optimisation reports, recommending campaign improvements, and setting up and optimising paid campaigns. Additionally, the candidate will train and guide junior team members while keeping up-to-date with best practices in paid search and social media.
