Experience: 2–3 years in performance marketing
Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other data analysis tools
• Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Budget management and ROI optimisation
• Team management and upskilling capabilities
  Attributes:
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including at CXO level
• Passion for staying current with marketing trends

Senior Analyst in Paid Media

Experience: 1.5–2 years in paid media analytics
Skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau or Google Data Studio
• Understanding of search, social, display, and video ad channels
• Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid strategy optimisation
• High-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
