Dayal Opticals is hiring a Senior Ecommerce Executive.

Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
4. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, SEO, performance, and digital marketing.

Work Profile

1. Website Optimization: Enhance website traffic through SEO, SEM, and digital marketing. Optimise user experience through A/B testing.
2. Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, implement promotions, and analyze customer behavior.
3. Merchandising and Product Management: Collaborate on accurate product listings, optimize pages for conversions, and implement effective merchandising strategies.
4. Customer Experience: Oversee customer service processes, analyze feedback, and implement loyalty and repeat business strategies.
5. E-commerce Analytics: Regularly analyse website analytics, generate performance reports, and use data to drive decision-making.
6. Compliance and Security: Ensure website compliance with regulations and standards, and implement security measures for customer data protection.
