Eligibility
- Experience: 0-4 years
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office and time management
- Familiar with social media platforms
Work Profile
- Propose logical solutions and communicate them clearly
- Manage client deliveries and respond to queries/complaints
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
- Track trends on social media and digital platforms
- Create content to address complaints, queries, and requests
- Collaborate with the team and manage work efficiently
