About the Job

Havas Media Network India is hiring a Senior Executive – Biddable Media.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on biddable media
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok
• Strong understanding of key advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus

Work Profile

• Plan, set up, and manage biddable media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok
• Develop and implement bid strategies to optimise campaign performance and achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad content
• Monitor and manage budgets to ensure efficient spending
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and provide optimisation recommendations
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, targeting, and bidding strategies
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
