About the Job

Dentsu Media is hiring an Associate Manager/Senior Executive – SEO.

Eligibility

• 3 to 5 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital media agency
• Strong fundamentals in on-page and off-page SEO, including optimisation for dynamic sites
• Knowledge of social media optimisation, link building, PR optimisation, directory submissions, and article submissions
• Understanding of search engine trends, algorithms, and sitemap setups
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, and related tools
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Web Trends, or Omniture
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• People management and process-oriented approach
• Experience working with large corporations or international clients is an advantage
• Prior experience managing a team of 4–6 members

• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and techniques
• Ensure client ranking and traffic goals are achieved
• Oversee SEO projects across multiple domains
• Guide and manage team members to deliver high-quality results
