Calidad Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring an SEO Executive.

Eligibility

• Experience: 3+ years in SEO/SEM
• Education: BCA/MCA degree is required
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Experience with bid management tools
• Proficient in A/B and multivariate experiments
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Ability to join within a 15-day notice period

Work Profile

• Manage all search engine optimisation and marketing activities
• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research and optimise website content accordingly
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results to identify trends and insights
• Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, maintain budget, and estimate monthly costs
• Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Research and implement SEO recommendations and analyse competitor advertising links
• Develop and implement link-building strategies
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices
• Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)
• Shift: Day Shift
