About the Job
Daily Thanthi is hiring an SEO Executive (1–3 Years Experience).
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in media, publishing, or content-heavy websites)
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Good knowledge of HTML, site structure, and page speed optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, newsroom-style environment
Work Profile
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO audits
- Monitor and improve organic search rankings for high-traffic news content
- Optimise website architecture, internal linking, and crawl efficiency
- Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics
- Collaborate with editorial and content teams to implement SEO best practices
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithms
