About the Job

Finsoul is hiring for the position of SEO Lead.

Eligibility

1. 6-7 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of leading SEO teams.
2. Strong expertise in E-E-A-T, core web vitals, and mobile-first indexing.
3. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, and RankMath.
4. Experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
5. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
6. Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyse performance metrics.

Work Profile

1. Lead and mentor a team of SEO Executives to meet performance goals.
2. Design and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
3. Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO best practices.
4. Work with content writers to create high-ranking, engaging content.
5. Analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
6. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, including AI-driven SEO and search engine algorithms.
