Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in social media advertising and campaign management.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Creative skills for ad design and copywriting.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from campaign performance.

Work Profile

• Set up and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions.
• Develop creative ad copy and collaborate with designers for engaging visuals.
• Conduct audience research to identify high-performing segments.
• Optimise campaigns through testing various creative assets and targeting options.
• Analyse campaign data and provide regular performance reports.
