About the Job

ConglomerateIT is hiring a Social Media Associate.

Eligibility

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing
• Proven experience in managing B2C social handles and B2B content (especially LinkedIn)
• Strong understanding of platform-specific copy, social metrics, pacing strategies, and engagement techniques
• Experience working in F&B, hospitality, or premium consumer brands preferred
• Ability to collaborate with creative and paid media teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with restaurant brands, food startups, or delivery-first businesses
• Familiarity with tools such as Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, and LinkedIn Analytics
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, user-generated content workflows, or event promotions
