About the Job

Mahindra University is hiring a Social Media Associate to join its team.

Eligibility

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience working in the education sector (universities/educational agencies) is an added advantage.

Work Profile

• Plan, manage, and execute digital campaigns to elevate brand awareness, product consideration, and lead generation.
• Manage the digital content calendar and oversee social media efforts by planning, developing, and publishing strategic content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
• Track digital and social strategy performance, provide optimisation recommendations based on insights, trends, and KPIs, and apply results to future campaigns.
• Assist with website content writing, monitor organic rankings, and optimise content for better rankings.
• Develop paid campaign plans, including audience selection, budget allocation, and campaign structure.
