About the Job

Senior Associate Producer – Social Media (YouTube)

Experience: 5 to 7 years in social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and produce content strategies for YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Script, shoot, and edit both short-form and long-form videos.
• Coordinate with editors and videographers to ensure timely production.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies for better engagement.

Multimedia Producer – YouTube

Experience: 2 to 3 years in social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimise engaging YouTube video content.
• Apply SEO best practices, including optimising titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags.
• Enhance discoverability and improve viewer retention through data-driven content strategies.
