About the Job

peopleHum is hiring an Associate – Social Media.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, preferably within an advertising agency
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Work Profile

The role involves managing day-to-day operations of social media accounts, contributing to campaign execution, and aligning client social presence with broader marketing goals. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and curating content aligned with client brand guidelines
• Scheduling and publishing content regularly
• Coordinating client discussions around content calendars and providing insights
• Monitoring platforms for interactions and responding professionally
• Assisting with planning and running social media campaigns
• Collaborating with team members on account execution
• Using analytics tools to track performance and compile reports
• Staying informed on social media trends and algorithm updates

The candidate is expected to handle 1 to 2 clients and work closely with the internal team.
