About the Job

Swipe is looking for a Marketing Senior Associate – Social Media Marketing to join its on-site team in Hyderabad.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and manage projects independently
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with a high level of ownership

Work Profile

• Strategise and manage content across various social media platforms
• Write captions, create reels, design banners, and curate engaging marketing content
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing communication with product features
• Plan and execute testimonial shoots across India, managing freelancers and content delivery
• Oversee intern recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking across marketing projects
• Analyse campaign metrics and optimise strategies for improved performance
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
