• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms to foster community engagement and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the content creation team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy for social media posts.
• Trend Implementation: Stay updated with current trends and implement moment marketing strategies to capitalise on trending topics and hashtags.
