About the Job

Vigyapan Mart is hiring a Social Media Associate.

Eligibility

• Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree in a similar area.
• Strong interest in global sporting events and familiarity with event calendars.
• Prior experience in social media roles, content writing, or copywriting is preferred.
• Passion for creating social-first content with strategic thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices, including content management and customer personas.

Work Profile

• Foster strong relationships with clients for managing social media accounts.
• Maintain a social media calendar and coordinate creative engagement activities across all platforms.
• Write engaging and concise social media copy to promote new and existing content.
• Ideate and execute moment marketing and topical campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to create high-quality graphics, GIFs, and videos that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyse social media trends and conduct competitor analysis.
• Respond creatively to user comments and notify teams of feedback or complaints.
• Repurpose various content types (blogs, infographics, etc.) into channel-specific microcontent.
• Maintain weekly/monthly social media reports and share insights with management.
