Zodiac HR is hiring a Social Media Associate.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 3 years.
• Proficiency in copywriting and developing social media strategies.
• Analytical skills and experience in running influencer campaigns.
• Understanding of graphic design principles; experience with Canva or Adobe is a plus.

Work Profile

• Conceptualise and implement social media strategies through competitive research, platform analysis, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Plan, create, publish, and share content daily, including mobile shoots, basic edits, original text, images, and videos, to build customer connections and increase brand awareness.
• Establish relationships with media editors, fashion stylists, and magazines for PR listings, activations, and sourcing.
• Develop blog strategies based on trends and moments, curating content to enhance organic visibility and consumer engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers and non-competitive brands to boost reach and visibility.
• Optimise company pages on various platforms to increase content visibility.
• Moderate user-generated content following community guidelines.
• Create and manage editorial calendars.
• Analyse social data, metrics, and insights to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and identify opportunities.

Salary

CTC up to ₹8 LPA.
