About the Job

Wander Womaniya is hiring a Social Media & Branding Executive.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Creative mindset with strong visual and copywriting sense
• Experience with Canva, Notion, Google Drive and scheduling tools such as Buffer or Later
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic video editing for Reels and Shorts
• Knowledge of paid social campaigns
• Experience managing influencer collaborations or brand partnerships

Work Profile

• Daily posting, engagement and analytics across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, Reddit and Snapchat
• Maintaining consistent brand identity across platforms
• Conceptualising and planning monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
• Creating or coordinating designs for carousels, videos, stories and reels
• Sourcing and organising a content library including UGC and testimonials
• Tracking trends, memes and platform updates
• Monitoring analytics, reporting key metrics and suggesting improvements
• Engaging with online communities and maintaining brand tone in conversations
