About the Job

Office Allies LLC is hiring a Social Media Content Creator.

Eligibility

• Creative and reliable, with a passion for content creation
• Familiar with Canva or similar tools
• Comfortable writing clearly and creatively for various industries
• Understanding of platform-specific performance (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple client brands
• Willingness to learn, with a desire to grow with the company
• Entry-level applicants welcome; training and shadowing provided

Work Profile

• Plan, design, and write content for social media platforms (primarily Facebook and LinkedIn)
• Create templates, carousels, and basic Reels using design tools
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, newsletters) into short-form posts
• Align content with client goals: visibility, engagement, and education
• Schedule posts using tools such as HeroPost or Meta Business Suite
• Collaborate with clients and other virtual assistants for approvals and feedback
• Manage multiple brands while maintaining individual client voice and tone
