About the Job

UpGrad is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Writer to join its team.

Eligibility

  1. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, web design, and social media management.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  3. Expertise in social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  4. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Familiarity with customer service and customer relations is an advantage.
  6. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Profile

  1. Create engaging and versatile content to boost brand awareness and drive social media engagement.
  2. Manage upGrad’s social media accounts, ensuring consistency across all posts and messages.
  3. Collaborate with the design and video teams to create minimal yet impactful creatives.
  4. Handle online reputation management and generate content for upGrad’s YouTube channel.
  5. Coordinate with influencer agencies and influencers to promote upGrad’s study abroad programmes.
  6. Assist in organising events such as webinars and workshops to showcase upGrad’s offerings.
  7. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to social media content.
