About the Job

Springfit Mattresses & Sleep Systems is seeking a talented Assistant Manager for Social Media Marketing to join its team.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of experience in handling social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
• Hands-on experience in content planning, creation, and management
• Proficient in interpreting marketing analytics using MS Excel and various tools
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and web design
• Experience in influencer marketing and lead generation
• Excellent copywriting skills and solid knowledge of SMM and SMO
• Must be a team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Graduate degree in Marketing or a relevant field

Work Profile

• Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Generate and manage engaging content across social media platforms (text, photos, videos, news)
• Monitor social media engagement, traffic, and followers
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency
• Manage and optimise social media accounts and campaigns (including paid and organic)
• Handle ORM (online reputation management) effectively
• Oversee the creation of social media content calendars
• Lead generation using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn via both organic and paid ads
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as link clicks, likes, and engagement
• Collaborate with influencers and agencies to enhance brand awareness
• Manage media buying from various channels and explore new ways to promote products digitally
• Create and distribute email newsletters
• Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms
