About the Job

360Degree Digital Marketing is hiring a Social Media Marketing Executive.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience preferred (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of trending content formats, reels, and platform algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and similar tools
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude

Work Profile

• Develop and implement content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create content calendars including posts, stories, and reels
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better engagement
• Collaborate with designers and clients to execute high-performing campaigns
