Eligibility

• Experience in ORM (Online Reputation Management), Social Media listening, and Crisis Management.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media listening tools.

Work Profile

The ORM & Social Media Listening Executive will be responsible for executing ORM strategies, monitoring and analysing social media platforms, and managing crisis communication. The role involves leveraging social media listening tools to track brand sentiment, identify issues, and contribute to crisis management strategies.
