Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in social media support or customer service.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools and customer service best practices.

Work Profile

• Respond to customer queries and comments on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Address customer concerns and troubleshoot product/service-related issues.
• Monitor social media for feedback and escalate urgent matters.
• Engage with followers, build relationships, and encourage positive interactions.
• Ensure user-generated content aligns with company policies.
• Report customer insights and feedback to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams.
