About the Job

BYLD Group is hiring a Social Media Executive & Customer Support professional.

Eligibility

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management and customer support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social media trends and basic design tools (Canva preferred).
• Ability to multitask and professionally manage customer queries.

Work Profile

• Handle and update social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content and respond to comments and messages.
• Manage customer queries via social media, email, and chat.
• Ensure quick resolutions and maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Monitor social media trends and enhance engagement.
